Pricing.

Our pricing is based off of amount of time to clean the house, size, 

Condition and special requests.  We provide you with the

Best quality of service and great cleaning products. The amount of time to clean your home depends on the size of home, the condition, regular or deep clean, and extra tasks. We find it better to have an hourly rate. Each house is different and first clean and deep cleans take longer.

The website allows you to view and get an idea what is a Regular clean, extra tasks and details to extra rooms you would like cleaned.  

Entry

Let us know if you will not be home and if you like to leave a key in

A special place or code to the garage.  Will the pets be put away or what should we expect regarding pets and how many people will be in the home. If you are leaving a payment please leave on the kitchen counter for house -cleaner to see. 

Scheduling.

We will send a confirmation email or text before your scheduled date. 

Full payment will be charged when maids arrive or complete the clean.  

*Please allow a 2 Hour Window time frame for your appointment. We will send a text or email to remind you of your appointment or if a housecleaner is running a little late.

Refunds.

We do not give refunds or gift certificates. If ever any issue

Are Independent Contractors, they are not insured so in something is

Broke or damage Jeannie Clean Maids will pay up to $200 in damage. Anything over is the owners, renters, or clients expense.

Equipment.

We provide our own equipment, 2-step ladder, HEPA filtered vacuums and Disinfectant hand held sprayer. 

Cleaning products.  Our cleaning service will bring our top quality cleaning products, dusters, sweepers, mops etc. We have our own nano sprayers to disinfect. If you request something special or would like us to use your cleaning products let us know and we will accommodate.

Our House Cleaners are trained and love their jobs.

Please be sure you have current up-to-date Homeowners Insurance, or Renters Insurance.   We take pride in quality cleaning. We send one to two maids to clean a house.  Your house will be clean, disinfected, dust free, sparkling and shining. We want to give you the best experience.
